Profanity at the pool.

Profanity at the Flower Hill Pool is strictly prohibited by all patrons.

If profanity is observed the following will apply:

1) The person will be asked to leave the pool immediately.

2) If a second offense occurs, the person will be asked to leave the pool immediately, and their pass will be held by the office for one week.

3) If a third offense occurs, the person will be asked to leave to leave the pool immediately, and their pass is revoked for the rest of the season.

4) If the third offense occurs within the last three weeks of the pool season, a pass will not be be granted for the following year.

Furthermore, if profanity is directed towards a Guard, Community Director, or Board Member the following will apply:

1) The person will be asked to leave the pool immediately, and their pass will be held for one week.

2) If a second offense occurs, the person will be asked to leave the pool immediately, and their pass is revoked for the remainder of the season.

3) If the second offense occurs within the last three weeks of the pool season, a pass will not be be granted for the following year.

If a patron refuses to leave the pool, the Community Director will be called, as well as the Montgomery County Police Department.
