Flower Hill Central Corporation – Contact Information
In order to better serve the residents of the community, Flower Hill maintains an office at 8100 Mountain Laurel Lane (next to the pool). Among other things, residents can obtain forms to rent the community center, ask questions, and pay assessments.
The office can be reached by calling 301-208-1314 during regular business hours, M-F 9:00 to 5:00 pm. Please note that we are not open on weekends.

Community Center:
The Flower Hill Community Center is located at 8100 Mountain Laurel Lane. This large reception area/meeting room is available for rent to Flower Hill residents, at a very reasonable rate. The center features a large carpeted room with a wooden dance floor and a small kitchen which contains two microwaves and a refrigerator. Seating and limited tables are also available, and occupancy is limited to 110 people. If you are the owner of a property, we will need your signature on the applicable forms. If you are renting/leasing the property, we will need your signature on the applicable forms and a current copy of your lease. Information pertaining to the cost of renting the center can be found on the “Rental Cost Information” form. All forms are found in the Amenities section of our website and can be printed, completed, and brought to the Flower Hill Office at your convenience. Pool:
We are excited to announce the launch of our new MemberSplash pool membership management system. This new system will allow us to keep our community pool available to just our community, by implementing a cloud-based front desk check-in with homeowner pictures. As a result, you will no longer be receiving individual pool passes in the mail, and gone are the days of completing a new application each year. MemberSplash also enables you to update your account information, anytime. To sign up, please go to the Amenities section of our website.
