Welcome to Online Dues Payment.

 

Step 1 – Visit ClickPay

Open your web browser.

Go to www.ClickPay.com.

Select Register if you are a first-time user.

If you already have an account, enter your email address and password and click Log In.


Step 2 – Create Your Account (First-Time Users)

Enter your email address.
Create a secure password.
Complete the requested contact information.
Verify your email address if prompted.

**If ClickPay indicates that an account already exists for your property, select Forgot Password to gain access to your existing account.**


Step 3 – Connect Your Property

To link your home to your account, you will need:

Your HOA account number
The last name associated with the property ownership
If the last name is not accepted:
Try the co-owner’s last name.
If the property is owned by a business or trust, enter the full business or trust name.

If you are unable to connect your property, please contact the Flower Hill Central Corporation management office for assistance.


Step 4 – Add Your Payment Method

Choose one of the following payment options:

Option A – Bank Account (ACH/e-Check)

Enter your routing number.
Enter your checking or savings account number.
Verify the information before saving.
Note: ACH/e-Check payments are generally processed without a convenience fee.

Option B – Credit or Debit Card

Enter your card information.

Review any convenience fee that may apply before submitting payment. Payment options and any applicable fees are displayed during checkout.


Step 5 – Make a One-Time Payment

From the Home page, select Make a Payment or Continue.
Verify the payment amount.
Choose your payment method.
Review your payment information.
Click Submit Payment.

A confirmation screen and confirmation email will be provided once your payment has been successfully submitted.


Step 6 – Set Up Automatic Payments (Recommended)

To avoid late payments:

Select Auto Pay.
Choose your payment method.

Select:
Full Amount (recommended), or
Fixed Amount.
Choose the payment date and frequency.
Review your selections.
Save your Auto Pay settings.

**Automatic payments will continue until you modify or cancel them. ClickPay recommends scheduling payments a few days before the assessment due date.**
