Board Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. by video conference using the Google Meet service. Homeowners may attend the meetings using their computers, tablets or smartphones, although use of a smartphone will require that the Google Meet application first be downloaded. To join the meeting, go to meet.google.com/ody-iwgu-azb and click the blue “Ask to join” button. Homeowners can also call in using their phones, dialing the number 754-217-7800 and entering meeting PIN: 119235619, followed by the # key.

If there is not a quorum of homeowners present at the March meeting, the Westwind Homeowners Association will invoke MD Code, Corporations and Associations, § 5.206 and hold a subsequent meeting on the third Wednesday of April at 7:30 p.m. in the same manner and using the same videoconferencing service specified for the March meeting, at which time the quorum for the meeting will consist of the number of members present.
